Earth and Water is the fourth educational project of Food Think Tank. Engaged nearly 100 specialists from various industries to work. Six months of work inspired by two elements ended with a dinner in an underground restaurant (April 22, International Earth Day), which was built for the project. 
The whole concept assumed the construction of a field kitchen, a room for guests with the entire arrangement, dishes and cutlery. During the dinner, local and seasonal products were used, processed with traditional culinary techniques, such as drying, pickling, smoking, salting, the menu was matched with laboratory-created fragrances sprayed during dinner. 
The project inspired the creation of an exhibition at the Dizajn BWA Wroclaw gallery (March 2015). It was an attempt to look at design as an experimental process involving individual, seemingly unrelated individuals in an educational search for an ideal object — in this case, taste. The gallery and the underground restaurant were connected by a live broadcast of the dinner on April 22.​​​​​​​
